domus romaneThe Domus Romane di Palazzo Valentini is one of the best archeological ancient sites located just few steps from Piazza Venezia.
Visiting Palazzo Valentini is like walking into another world.
In fact, under the Palace is possible to find and see luxorios villas well preserved with marble floors, beautiful mosaics and starcases inside.
Trough multimedia, the ruins come alive with special lights effects while automated voices accompany the visitor walking through the rooms.
The recorded voice is accompanied by projections, video and reconstructions that explain the origins of the ruins, visible through the glass floor on which you walk along the way.
domus romaneA video of about 15 minutes explaining in detail, and clearly, the decoration of the Column of Trajan visible, as mentioned, just before finishing the visit, showing how the area had to appear in antiquity.
The multimedia tour takes about an hour.
